Shame i have to order it but all good with deliceey just no comms

Am on my second dura ace set, current one second hand, first time replacing battery and casing cracked as I unscrewed! Held on with tape for last 3 months, replacing agaij now with heart in mouth! Hence buying this?!

Cracked battery housing cover and battery housing falling apart

Same issue here with my Dura Ace crank, costed a fortune and now thw battery housing falls apart.
Battery cover broke so bought a new one. While I was fitting ine corner of the battery housing fell of. This Powermeter doesn't seem to be made for the job. Very poor quality. Anyone know if the battery housing can be replaced?

I reached out to 4iiii about my issues from a cycling industry email hoping I could get this fixed even if I had to pay for it. I started with " this is outside of the warranty timeline" and I just kept getting a response asking for proof of purchase. I see companies " make things right" or meet in the middle with a "crash replacement" something..... anything. When you google 4iiii you get this exact type of feedback. I now have a cool Crankset for a paperweight due to the plastic parts 4iiiii thought was good enough.
